Pieces in the puzzle come together…

Writer and performer Sara Hirsch has kindly agreed to perform at the first Listen Softly London in December.

Listen Softly London saw Sara perform at Simon Mole’s Indiana Jones and the Extra Chair at the Southbank Centre and sidled up with the request that she spend some time entertaining the crowd in December.

Sara trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, specialising in collaborative and devised theatre. Since 2011 she has toured the country with two children’s shows, appeared in SOLD – the Amnesty International Freedom of Expression Award winning production at The Pleasance in Edinburgh, and she has taken part in the Arcola Theatre’s play in a day in an original play by Nick Payne, directed by Lu Kemp. She has been performing poetry live for several years and has had her fine words published in a range of publications.

The first Listen Softly London is taking place at The Good Ship, Kilburn, on Wednesday 11 December 2013 and you can find more details about who else is performing on the LSL website.

Tickets will cost £5 on the door.

All profits from this event will be split between the Maytree Sanctuary for the Suicidal and The Tope Project.
